What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
- Health and Wellness Coaching is a tool for you to utilize to support you in your goals towards well being. You and your coach tap into your strengths and develop a vision of what you imagine your most healthy and well self to be. We work together on goals that are achievable. You learn new skills for accomplishing your goals and gain confidence as you succeed. We will explore your ideal self, your motivators and strengths and work together through any barriers that arise.
- We begin our coaching sessions exploring your current well being and your vision of your best self. We then begin to explore what steps you will take to reach your vision. These steps are designed with your strengths in mind and building on successes. These successful small steps help you to build confidence in your ability to reach your goal. The initial session is approximately 75 minutes. We generally then meet weekly for 30 minutes though you can tailor your coaching sessions to your needs. Coaching is provided both in person and via telephone.

I will help you close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be when it comes to your health and well being.
- What is Well-Being? Well-being encompasses ENERGY, HEALTHY NUTRITION, HEALTH, EXERCISE, MENTAL and EMOTIONAL FITNESS, and LIFE SATISFACTION. When we are well we are physically and emotionally fit and we reduce our risk of chronic diseases. We enjoy life more fully feeling healthy and strong. - What is the cost of Health and Wellness Coaching?
The cost for an initial 75 minute session is $90 and a 30 minute weekly session is $45. I welcome your call to discuss if the cost is prohibitive for you. Consider that through your success with Health and Wellness Coaching you could enjoy increased energy, fitness, and health leading to improved life satisfaction and savings on health care costs. You may pay for coaching by cash, check or debit/credit card.
